Words and Images of the Music Every Time I Die

Left Fans Center Stage Right Fans

Tito and I arrived on the scene on time and on cue to take the best parking spot in the house, near the exit, by security and by luck.

KD’s front-row-preferred parking spot on Sunset Blvd, just east of the House of Blues, was taken by our view of the scene that is Hollywood.

It was a good feeling to know that our driving skills remained scenic.

The attendant, as courteous as Hollywood parking attendants continue to be, took the time to make sure we were pointed in the right direction.

We had our smokes, said our hellos and walked up the stairs to the foyer where a small mob of sweaty fans rushed out for air.

One more band before ETID.

The young (all-ages) crowd was enthused.

I think it was the music.

I was anxious to see the band, Every Time I Die, because it’s not easy get into their sound but when it hits you, it kicked my ass.

I mean, it can really kick your ass as far as to make you scream, “Kill the Music.”

They finally walked on stage, dressed as any other rock-star would to a performance, dark denim and t-shirt for the guitars and bass.

Front man wore a collar, flannel and lept into the crowd.

It was a sweaty situation.

Though the mic and stage were ours, ETID took the crowd.

To the left are avid ETID fans and newly KD subscribers.

None were "Bored Stiff."

"HEY THERE GIRLS... I'M A CUNT!"
