The KD Anniversary party went off at the Blue Velvet in downtown L.A. a couple weeks, months ago.  I chose the Blue Velvet because of its view and intimacy, (intimacy provided by fire pits inches away from our conversation).

Sure you can be trendy and have a Stella on tap, Amstel Light in the bottle, or your classic Corona and lime but why be trendy when you can have beer like Erdinger.  It’s on tap, German and goes down strong like ales should go down, strong!

Chimay White is also on tap.  Duval comes bottled.

The restrooms are co-ed which makes it that much easier to meet a member of the opposite sex.  First you can meet, then you can talk, next thing you know, you’re having dinner on the floor table at Blue Velvet.
